How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, choose your size or options, add items to your cart, and complete payment at checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email or SMS after successful payment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a change or cancellation only before your order is dispatched. Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted only if you receive the wrong item, the product arrives damaged, there is a verified manufacturing defect, or the order is not delivered. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery is not currently available. If we introduce COD in the future, it will be clearly shown as a payment option at checkout for eligible locations.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across most serviceable locations in India and to selected international destinations. Delivery timelines and charges are shown at checkout. International orders may take longer due to customs and local courier processes.
Do your products include a warranty?
What is anti-tarnish jewellery?
Selected products are covered by a 6‑month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Only items clearly marked “6‑Month Warranty Included” on the product page are covered. For full terms, please see our Warranty Policy page.
Anti-tarnish jewellery is specially finished to better resist tarnishing than regular fashion jewellery. With proper care and by following our Jewellery Care Guide, it is suitable for everyday wear.
